The Osteology Foundation’s motto is „Linking Science with Practice in Regeneration“. Its core activities include funding of research projects and organisation of national and international symposia throughout the world. It also offers courses and textbooks specifically for researchers in the field of oral tissue regeneration, as well as Research Scholarships.

True to its motto “Linking Science with Practice in Regeneration”, the Osteology Foundation aims to bridge the gap between scientific progress and clinical practice, as well as between academic and industrial researchers in the field of oral tissue regeneration.

More than 30000 practitioners were already educated in the Foundation’s National and International Symposia. And scientists learn about good research practice in the Osteology Research Academy courses.

The Osteology Foundation provides funding for studies all over the world. Young and Advanced Researcher Grants as well as Large Clinical Grants are available. In addition, one-year Research Scholarships help young investigators to develop their career in the field of oral tissue regeneration.

In the book series, Osteology Guidelines for Oral & Maxillofacial Regeneration leading experts present their tried and tested study protocols and general aspects on pre-clinical (book 1) and clinical research (book 2).
